One credit is one stored message — visitor, bot, or agent. Monthly allowances are 1,000 / 10,000 / 50,000. Chat also has a per-minute rate limit. There is no per-conversation overage fee.
Yearly is 10× the monthly price, so you get two months free. Basic is $200/year, Pro is $320/year. Use the Yearly toggle above the plans to see billed totals.
Yes. One login can run many workspaces, each with its own FAQs, inbox, and billing. Workspaces are on every plan. There isn’t a separate Agency tier.
